Interview

  • What are your greatest personal traits?
I'm a good listener, often times wear my heart on my sleeve and do my best to keep my word.
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
I have two. One being moving to Chicago from Seattle. Its been bumpy but well worth it. The second is giving a furever home to two special needs cats.
  • What is your ‘niche’?
I'm just an all around nice guy. I was raised to treat others as I would want to be treated.
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
I can have a hard shell sometimes. But deep down I am a big softie.
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
I treat others as I want to be treated. Everyone is on their own path but sometimes they need a little help or just a shoulder to lean on.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I eat what I want, usually in moderation and I have better things to see and do than spend hours and hours a day at the gym.
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I absolutely love ice cream! I enjoy both Philly (made with cream cheese) and French style (made with eggs) equally. I am in the long and slow process of trying to get my own ice cream business started. I enjoy trying out new flavors, mixing and matching. Any chance I get I am in the kitchen mixing up some yummy flavors. So if anyone wants to invest I probably wont say no.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
I don't travel as often as I used to but I do from time to time usually around the midwest. If a client would like me to come to his area of the country with proper notice I am always happy to make a visit. It doesn't matter if it is a small town or big city.
  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
I'm not a big fan of professional pics. While they are nice and bring out some of the artisticness of the *** I don't feel that it really allows the client to see the real person in front of the camera. That is why I prefer to use what many would call everyday pics. So clients can get a feel of the real me, the everyday kind of person.
  • What do you do for fun?
Since moving to Chicago (July 2010) I am kind of a homebody now. I enjoy exploring the city and other parts of the midwest like Milwaukee and western Michigan. If I'm not doing that then I'm relaxing in my great neighborhood on the north side. I live a block and a half from the lake so I can often be found there watching the sun rise or just relaxing during the day.
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
I've enjoyed meeting the diverse group of guys that hire.
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
Explore the city, try new ethnic foods, drink way too much coffee, participate in mountain sports (anyone like to ski?), listen to music and eat way too much ice cream :)
  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
What you see is what you get. I don't fudge the numbers on my stats be it my age, height or weight. Same goes for my pics. I'm a firm believer in truth in advertising.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I love to explore my newish home Chicago. During the warmer months I will hop on the EL and get off at random stops and just walk around the neighborhoods. Also when I can get the chance I enjoy spending time with my family on the west coast. My tia always throws a little get together with lots of food and immediate family.
  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
I'm a very simple person. Fancy high end brands do not impress me one bit. When the time is right I would like to get a tiny house (tinyhouseblog.com/‎) and move up to the mountains in Colorado, NH or UT and live off the grid as much as I can raising my own veggies and some chickens and goats.
  • Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
Coffee, ice cream, my cat, Madonna, living walking distance to a body of water.
