• What do you enjoy most about yourself?
  I'm a great listener. I love to hear peoples stories and find ways to connect to them. Building authentic connections is my absolute favorite thing, and making other people- and my clients- feel at ease makes me feel really good about myself.
• What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
  I have type 1 Diabetes, and some scars on my side that I'm super self conscious about. I wish that I didn't have to have an insulin pump and site, but I have to think that's something that makes me unique. it's not like I have a choice!
• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and try to keep a high protein diet the best I can. I think its important to keep a routine that's realistic and flexible to avoid burnout- going 1000% all of the time can get to be too much!
• Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
  Recently I went on a trip to Morocco that totally changed my life. We toured all of the major cities and some of the smaller villages, and getting to experience a culture that is so different from ours, but so beautiful, was truly mind-blowing.
• If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
  I'm someone who is always learning, always developing, and always trying to do his best. I make mistakes, I mess up, but I apologize and keep going. I truly believe that everyone is doing their best, and they deserve the benefit of the doubt.
