  I respect everyone I meet. Period. Kindness matters. And it goes along way.
• How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
  I remind myself I'm human and it's ok to have days off the gym. It keeps me refreshed to go at it harder the following week.
• What do you do for fun?
  Basketball. Mixed martial arts training. Reading. Training.

  The first time my dog fell asleep on my chest ranks up there pretty high.
• What makes you stand out from the crowd?
  My confidence in who I am. As well as my instant respect for those around me.
• What are your greatest personal traits?
  My ability to put myself in other people's shoes.

  Muscle and masculinity. With a huge splash of kindness.
• How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
  I'm a mix of both.

  I am motivated every day to be a little stronger and wiser then the day before.
• What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
  I love animals very deeply. There is no love more more then the love with a pet. I wouldn't be the person I am without the love of animals.
• If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
  I would tell you about the people who inspired me the most. And why.
• What should others absolutely know about you?
  I'm as kind as I am strong. An alpha with a gentle personality. But also without hesitation to dominate.
