• How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
  Abroad maybe once or twice in a year , I'd most definitely love to travel way more , monthly even suits me . In the same breath I do also love my home as I've created one , which one never has to leave.
• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  I live a "lifestyle" . Never a strict diet , I believe it isn't good to be on one as the moment you stop , your gain everything back plus some . Just eat healthy in general. Moderation is key ..Slow your roll ,before you "Roll"😉🤣
