  I am energetic and can keep going and going. I am a really good listener
• What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
  I like to read, Mountain Bike, hike with my dog and watch movies.
• How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
  I am a crowd Pleaser. Whatever it take within my limits.
• What do you do for fun?
  I luv hiking with my pup. going to the gym, yes reading lol. Big movie Buff

  When the Phillies won the "08" championship. I was there !!!!
• What makes you stand out from the crowd?
  Not sure, there is a lot good looking guys on here. Everyone has a change to try different Favors.

  being me, funny, confident, just all around being myself.

  I am def a home body. But i do like to travel. As long as there a gym near by lol
• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  i am very strict diet, but i do have cheat days. But i lift MWF, with cardio after. Tues and Thursday just straight Cardio for 1 1/2 hours on and empty stomach

  learning everyday to become a smarter person. Use it for my future.

  I do not bull shit or beat around the bush. I tell it like it is.
