Interview

  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
I’d ask why we are at a beach eating and drinking when we can do that at a restaurant and not have to worry about the sand, flys, and having to lug the stuff in and then out. Seriously.
  • Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness, The Golden Rule, and The Four Agreements.
  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
    I cherish the Golden Rule.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
Travel as the need occurs. I love to fly, first class by the way...that is my bougie side.

Although I always enjoy where I go and those I see, traveling is a conflicting experience and feeling as I would prefer to be at home. As soon as I get where I am going, I miss home, my comfort zone, my routine, my social room and it’s accoutrements.

    Definitely a homebody.
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
    Living. Live.
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
I do not immediately know. I would have to defer comment to those who experience me.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I like meat, enjoy very few vegetables, not too into sweets, and drink a green (as in vegetable) whole food dietary supplement in the morning followed by a berry (as in fruit) whole food dietary supplement in the evening.

As for fitness, I don’t spend a lot of time on my ass if I don’t have to.
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I follow The Golden Rule, and strive to adhere to The Four Agreements.
  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
    I avoid the crowd.
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
“The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.” - Jack London
  • What do you do for fun?
    What ever I want.
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
    Everyday.
  • What is your ‘niche’?
Not being embarrassed of my interests, nor judgmental of yours.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
Lifestyle = Simple, complex, frugal, frivolous.

    What makes = Self-acceptance.
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
I am a no nonsense, yet compassionate being.
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
    My self-acceptance.
