Interview

  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
I'm very in touch with the emotions and attitudes of people I interact with. It's not an active trait, simply an innate awareness to understand (at least on a base level) the energy that someone carries with them.
  • Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
Disregarding the cliché? My phone, good music, a piano, chocolate milk and access to some kind of book collection
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
For better or worse I'm a perfectionist. I can't put anything out in the world without making sure it's every bit as good as it possibly can be.
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I still have a teddy bear in my bed every night. When all else fails, cuddling him keeps me warm!
  • What do you do for fun?
Read books, play sports, travel, video games, write music, learn
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
    Intelligence and athletic ability
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
Every single thing I do is an attempt to make people around me happy. I may not always succeed, and in hindsight it may not be the easiest or even the smartest plan, but it's always (and an almost pathological need) about finding happiness in the people in my life. That's where I derive my own happiness.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I'm much more likely to be comfortable reading a book in cuddly pajamas than I am out in a crowd of people getting drunk. I have learned how to be an extrovert, but at the end of the day I value closeness and home comfort more than a wild and crazy lifestyle.
  • What is your ‘niche’?
I feel like we all want to be unique, so it feels a bit contrived to describe a niche for myself. If anything, I hope the way I put myself forward is seen as something more grounded and human and approachable. I'm an intelligent person, but also kind and affectionate and loving. I live between the lines of a lot of definitions.
  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
All the places I've been and want to be. Experiencing the world through other places and cultures is what broadens and drives my perspective and worldview forward. I love hearing stories about places, and even sharing experiences of similarities.
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
    Sunrise at a Tuscan villa.
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
I can make anyone smile, even on the worst days.
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
I'm a musician, an athlete, a book worm, a video game nerd and a car enthusiast all wrapped into one. I sing and play piano, I play baseball, soccer and ski as often as possible. I read far more than I watch TV, though I can get lost in a good game.
  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
Intelligent, genuine kindness. It's a difficult combination, but the people around me value me for my unique ability to maintain positive and nurtured relationships with an intellectual nature.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
I travel a TON. I've been all over the world and I absolutely love it. Wanderlust, for sure.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I'm in the gym 5 days a week with a couple of friends. Most of the motivation comes from the gym full of ridiculously hot guys.
