Interview

  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
I hope for others to know my joy for life. Also, the reciprocal joy I feel helping others to experience that same joy.
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy reading, meditating, interacting with friends, experiencing nature.
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
I am a massage therapist, so I know how to use my hands to communicate more than just touch.
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
I share through presence, and physical contact the wealth of experience I have been fortunate to receive in my life. Care, compassion, and companionship is not limited to physical or mental interaction. Both are required to achieve balance and serenity.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I am motivated by physical fitness, but it is not a requirement for me to follow a strict workout routine or diet. I follow my convictions and what my body is telling me.
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I have quite a whimsical and somewhat naïve outlook on the world and it’s wonder. I, therefore can be on the sensitive side. I grew up with neglectful family, so I always try to see the silver lining. I understand that there are things in our lives that can be challenging. These are opportunities for me to remain humble and grateful for all of the things I currently possess and will achieve.
  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
I am an open book. I love to share my story. I fall for conversation easily and often.
  • Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
Friendship. Sharing joy. Touch/ intimacy. Books. Water…
  • What do you do for fun?
I find joy in many things. Mostly, I find myself drawn to physical activity (urban hikes are my favorite) swimming, paddle boarding, hiking, skydiving, running, gym time, rock climbing. That being said, sitting in a dimly lit coffee shop or cafe still remains one of the most powerful places I choose to frequent. I find people fascinating, so I love people watching.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
I travel as often as I can! I love to explore and learn. I hope to experience many incredible moments that this life affords.
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
I used to work in an educational environment. Once, I was touring a Pre-Kinder classroom as they were coloring. I approached a student to acknowledge her work mentioning how nice they had done. The response I received left me dumbfounded: “It’s what we are here to do, we’re here to “MAKE” color.” I live my life by an unintentional adage from a 4 year old. We are all meant to “MAKE” and spread color in this life. After all the “color” we make will be all we leave behind. ❤️
  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
I am kind to a “fault”. I can get “taken advantage” of often but to me it just means that the other person needed more than they could contribute. I am happy to be a wealth of energy. Lean on me.
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
I try to live a genuine life, I attempt to avoid self shame and never shame others.
  • What is your ‘niche’?
    Touch, Communication, and compassion.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I am heavily focused on my physical well-being. I enjoy most activities. I also meditate daily.
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
My drive and passion for knowledge and self discovery. I consider myself to be very compassionate.
