  Strong, Strict, knowing what i want, but also can be very Lovely

• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  90/ 10 Rule , strict clean but enjoy once a week free meals because iam a food ( real good food ) lover ;) u can catch me with this

  I would tell you who iam , where i started from, my goals in life , my current situation and tell you somthehing private. Hey if we vibe we vibe :)

  Not often but when i do 2-3 Times a year i want to see the world and make new friendships and experiences

  Iam into bodybuilding also active competitor and Coach. I live the lifestyle to the fullest :)

  I think we do have all some kind of unique... Hey iam not special such a humble guy down to earth :)

  Dont judge a book by its cover... Dont waste my time if youre not serious in meeting me, but if you are you will see iam such a humble guy which one you can talk and also feel save and very personal . Yes i Look very angry but you will see iam the complete opossite :)
