  i am usually the most positive and happy in any group

  attention to detail in everything i do

  i travel on average 2 or 3 times a year i would like to increase this number! i prefer to travel and see the world
• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  i train in the gym 4 days a week and go bouldering 1 day i follow a diet of fresh fruit vegetables and meat. i try to eat cleanly with minimum carbs
