Interview

  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
    I workout 5-6 days a week with most sessions consisting of 40-50 minutes of resistance training followed by 20-30 minutes of steady state or HIIT cardio.

    I've been juicing daily for the last couple of years and have been vegetarian since 12/10/13.

    I'm certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
    I enjoy providing a service that makes men happy. I've seen a few of my regulars consistently for 3-5 years now and value the relationships that I've built with these men.
