    I will do every thing to make others feel very good in my presence
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
    gym,mixed martial arts, football, sky, cinema, swimming,fishing.
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
    don't give up if you are dead . if you breath that is mean you are live and can go furture

    go out with friends, travel , go to cinema , go to sky , climbing ,sex, fucking :))

    best experience is love, if we will love each other we will make this world better. The best experience in my life is that when i learned the life and love is the most important thing what a men can have it and we are make it to try to survive in every condition . Belive me where i learn this ,i think no one wants to be there

    power to never give up, optimist in every thingh,honestly,correct preson, power to love more then my life, i prefer to say the thruth all the time . if you make me a friend u will have me al your life, i except next to me judst people who are very correct and honest and are not selfish

    power to understand oders needs, Im Coach and a Ex special forces guy. I learned to live your life every day how could be the last one

    I put myself on second place
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
    Depends, yes i like to travel because you learn about diferent culture and attitude of people but i like also to stay home.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
    Diet is a stupidity, diet is made it for people who has real problem and has prescription for medical nutritionist, like Coach i can give an advice work hard and eat properly. If you burn more calories then you eat you never become fat and you will be in a good shape all the time. It is important to know when to eat carbohydrats and fat . Protein is necesary all the time in the body to have 1.5-2 gr protein on kg body is necesary when you make sport. I eat carbohydrats in the morning , lunch , and 60 gr honey (faster carbohidrati ) after training
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
    Sport,Elegance, honesty, love , to be rough when is necesarly

    i put person who i care on a first place.
