  I'm both, I love to be in home, but travel makes you inspiration.

  Well I do exercise in the mornings. Eat proteins and carb before 3 pm then just proteins and vegetable until sleep. Some cookies when I'm weak.

  Always, always looking for the best, and growing more. Mistakes can be repair always.
