Interview

  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
I don’t really know to be honest. I feel like other people would know the answer to that question better than I would.
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
I just like to be a good friend, I’m really passionate about people. Some could say I’m too passionate about people to the point where I get hurt easily because I sometimes give myself to the wrong people but I think a good heart goes a long way. That’s at least one great personal trait of mine that comes right up to my mind. One bad personal trait that I have is I get scared to trust people but I’m working on that.
  • What is your ‘niche’?
Poetry. It just flows in my mind sometimes and I rush to write it down. I took up writing when I was really little and it’s something that rippled into a bigger and bigger passion for me as the years have gone on.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
I absolutely love to see the world. I’m definitely a homebody for sure but I appreciate traveling so much. I’m pretty nomadic at heart but like to be in my own little world otherwise.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I live on a vegan *based* diet, I have a severe dairy allergy so I just stick to a vegan diet specifically to avoid dairy but I do eat white meat like fish and chicken. I do ballet, yoga, and I’ve recently taken up jogging and I really like.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I live a very private life and have a small circle of amazing friends. What makes me who I am is that I have an unwavering sense of self. It took a long time for me, and I’m still learning, but I’ve gotten to know myself well enough to be confident and have self love. I think a lot of people who don’t have enough self love and carry insecurities tend to project them onto other people who trigger them, but I’ve grown to know the difference and I think that makes me who I am, my sense of self.
  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
I think I’d tell you about my writing. I really like to write. I’d ask you about your passions, we could share funny stories. I like to listen too so we could tell each other about places we want to go and our favorite seasons and music!
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I think something unique (maybe?) and a bit personal is that I believe in love and I fantasize about knowing it someday. My past experiences with men that I’ve loved were amazing but it was always one sided so I never got to know what it felt like but! I believe in it and I think it’s the one thing on this planet that is true and can’t be faked.
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
If people wish to know the truth about someone, you have to ask them for yourself. I’m always open to answering questions!
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
I enjoy my curiosity. I think there’s a lot to be discovered in places and people and I’d like to learn.
  • Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
Five things I don’t think I couldn't live without would be air.. gotta have that to live haha.
Four other things: the ocean, I love the ocean. Some of my best thoughts have been produced there.
Three: laughter. I love dark humor and laughing with likeminded people till my chest hurts is a great thing.
Two: Artistic expression. I believe that expressing yourself through any art form is an intimate and beautiful thing that you can give to yourself. Creating beauty, expressing emotion and sharing it with the world is an unmatched luxury to me.
One: sweaters and blazers (technically that makes it six things all together I couldn’t live without) I love love love a well-made blazer, fashion all together if it catches my eye is something I couldn’t imagine living without. Not in a brand-whore type of way, I don’t imagine myself as a fashion snob but there’s something to be said about how much a good outfit can elevate you.
