• If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
  I hate seafood.
• What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
  My lifestyle or “way of life” has been ever evolving. I was a theater geek / choir nerd up until I graduated high school. My entire life has revolved around some sort of athletic thing... from 16 years of lacrosse (right defense - represent!) to volleyball to CrossFit to now loving powerlifting — that is what makes me who I am.. that and my support system that has always been there.
• What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
  I have two dimples on my ass cheeks. hahahah
• What are your greatest personal traits?
  Smile, My big heart, My knack for making people smile
• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  Meat and Patatoes
• How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
  I am an extrovert who recharges introvertly
• What should others absolutely know about you?
  I despise seafood (all kinds), cannot stand the smell. I also am a big communicator/open book
• What do you enjoy most about yourself?
  My positive outlook - I work extremely hard to make sure I can have myself and my clients be in good energy.
