• How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
  I absolutely am in love with traveling. I do it as often as possible for whatever reason I can. Even work trips where I am cooped up in the airport hotel is a blast. LOL Honestly though, the world is an amazing place and you really need to take advantage of that.
• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  It's really nothing magical. I mean, I am a pretty small guy but I have the metabolism of a hummingbird. It's actually pretty difficult to gain weight - which is not always a blessing. I weight train three times a week and I don't go out of my way to eat healthy but I eat simply, clean, and thoughtful. Some say their body is a temple. I subscribe to more of the 'amusement park' mentality - but you still gotta keep your rides in tip-top shape.
• What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
  I'm probably going to seem really outgoing and confident. However - I have my moments. I am actually quite shy and reserved. I've just gotten really good at pushing myself to have these connections that I think are so important and personal. I am a pretty hard core introvert at the end of the day - so don't be surprised if you catch me taking a moment or two for me.
• If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
  Wow this is deep. I'd probably ease the tension by making my typical red wine joke: "you know what they say? You drink -not noir, you pee-not noir" and then laugh at myself because I'm a dork. I would probably start out talking about my childhood and you'd slowly come to find out that despite it all I am very sincere and passionate. I cherish each moment as if it were my (and our) last, while striving for balance in all that I do.
• What should others absolutely know about you?
  I am wickedly loyal. But, I also have an eye on the big picture. Sometimes it may seem like I am being less than nice, but it's usually for the greater good. Unless you litter.
• What do you enjoy most about yourself?
  I've been told numerous times I am on 'old soul'. I like to think it's not my first time around the cosmic block. I love that about myself. I have a slightly twisted sense of humor that tells me that life shouldn't be taken TOO seriously. It could be gone any minute!
• Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
  1. My phone. I know it's cliche, but I love being connected to those I care about - even if it IS stalking on Instagram :)
  2. Coffee. It's a must-have.
  3. Beer. See #2.
  4. Jockstraps. I mean c'mon.
  5. Tacos.
